I have finally worn a hole in my full length sorbathane insoles. I switch off sneakers periodically, but not the insoles. How long have they lasted? Well, I can't remember. But I think I've been using the same single pair for 9 years. If I'm off, it could be 10 or 11. It's been so long since I've had to go shopping for them that I wonder what I'll find at the runner's store. Last time I looked, they didn't make full length sorbathane insoles anymore. Hope they've gone back to them. -- Josh in Syracuse *** Free account sponsored by SecureIX.com *** *** Encrypt your Internet usage with a free VPN account from http://www.SecureIX.com ***

Do you feel that they provide more cushioning than the ones that come with the shoes, or do you just like them better? I've tried some insoles and found a set I like called ironman, they look like some of the Spenco ones but aren't made by Spenco, I'm on my second pair of shoes with these. Eric

I ask for I use a heel pad due to some leg shortening but my sports therapist doesn't like it.

Go see a chiropractor and get it fixed.
