I believe that I have a bulging disk--just curious if other runners continue to run with similar conditions? I am also a heavy runner, so I have two strikes against me. Would be grateful to hear other's tales concerning the above. I used to run 20-35 mi/week, but I have been down to maybe 3-5/week over the past year. I really miss running.
