Subject: runners-diary.com - new running site online

Hi folks,

being a runner myself I have pulled up an online runner's diary website
under www.runners-diary.com - a non-commercial site, free to use for
everybody who wants to improve his running exercise. I would like to
invite you to have a look, try every feature and - if you like it -
register with runner's diary and take advantage of it to improve your
training results.

runner's diary offers a lot of features which make it easier to keep
track of your running exercise and to improve your results:

- visualization of your exercise data in table, calendar & diagramm
mode - diagramm mode allows you to graphically visualize your exercise
data on a per unit, weekly or monthly basis (which, again, is perfect
for tracking longterm tendencies in your exercise)
- editors for editing, deleting and browsing through exercise units and
running courses
- start page with overview over the last four weeks, months and years
- settings to adjust runner's diary to your personal preferences
- and last but not least: a demo mode to try all these features without
having to register with runner's diary (but please mind to click on the
"Stop demo" menue tab before leaving the site or closing your browser
window)

Every registered user can delete his account at any time without
leaving a trace in runner's diary's database. And once more: the site
is non-commercial, the data you enter will never be used or seen by
anybody else but you.

I am looking forward to your visit - if you like runner's diary, tell
others, if you don't, please tell me - there is a contact form
available in the footer section. Any suggestion & criticism is
appreciated!

Best regards,

Boris (webmaster (at) runners-diary.com)
