Subject: nike running log download??

Hi!
I am new in running (not in sports although), and I want tu run my
running log.
Nike online training log looks really good. (it is not too complicated,
just what I need)
Can it be downloaded (or something similar)?
Do you have some reccomendations for some free running logs (preferable
not online)

Nothing is less complicated than paper and pencil. It's what I've
always used when I kept logs, which I no longer do... Easy to use and
easy to customize and scribble all over, color, hang on the fridge,
compare with your running buddies, anything.

If you have a Palm device, you can download a freeware program called

I started with this guys spreadsheet a while back and then tweaked it to fit my needs:

Since then, he's added a lot to it (most of which I wouldn't use, but ... )
Anyway, I'd suggest using some sort of spreadsheet.

Pen and paper is the best. I have used the nike running log. I could
not download it either.
I like paper becuase I could write anything.

i just made my own spreadsheet. I can customize it the way I want to
and get the data that I need. But I am a bit above a novice excel user,
so starting from scratch may not be the best suggestion unless you feel
comfortable doing that.
