Subject: light footed vs heavy footed: a question of coordination?

I have very bad coordination. I have a hard time hitting a golf ball
far because it is hard to coordinate everything so hips move with right
timing to real knock the ball sailing. i imagine this hurts my running.
never seen myself running but i bet i really have a high friction
coefficient.

You need to get your butt humped, your golf game will improve
dramatically.

"High friction coefficient?" Do you want to run or plan a mission to
Mars?

High friction coefficient?

Is that just a fancy way to say your fat little legs rub together when
you jog?

Go light footed. Quick steps show that you land ball/heel. The body
doesn't go up and down. Practice jump rope so that your feet are
stepping over jump rope and not letting the body bounce up and down.
