Subject: hi: can u give me a suggestion on running shoes?

Hello to everybody!

I am an italian runner. I bought some days ago a pair of Puma Complete
Phasis II, because I had read very well of them, and it was sold at a
very chip price (uggly colour): 40 Euro instead of 110.

Well, I ran a couple of times, 20 km total, and they were ok. I think
not as comfortable like Asics Cumulus (for what I have tried in the
shop) or Mizuno Creations (my old one), over all in the front part of
the feet ( my right smallest toe is a bit sorrowfull, I hope it is
because they are new).

Well, it is some months I am wondering "what if i buy a pair of
lightweight trainer for short and faster training"? I am 72 kg for 180
cm of height, and I am not so fast but I can run 10000 mt in about 45
min. Do you think I am too heavy for lighter shoes? I would like to buy
them for getting quicker in the 1000 mt laps, and also to wear them in
the first half marathon I plan to do, in ober.
What about Nike Pegasus TC (maybe too light, 260 gr.) or Air Zoom
Skylon Triax( the last model, 290 gr ca, with the big yellow
underside)? This last one, over all, seems comfortable and protective,
even if I have read that are ideal for light runners! But I have read
well also of Fila flow flying or Fila Flow speed,.
Can you suggest me something? Thank you to everybody.

Angelo

Based on the other stuff you're wearing, I'd recommend Mizuno precision.
