In other words , they need orthotics or special shoes. English people
seem to have defective teeth and eyes. It seems that if you are from a
population that has not face intense competition from war or
starvation, you are very likely defective in a lot of ways. 80 percent
of rabbits die in a bad winter. that means only those rabbits with the
most optimal qualities survive. ie only the smartest, most atheletic
and good looking person from your class survives . repeat this
generation after generation and you will have a clean gene pool.

I've concluded that his defect is not in his feet, but at the other end
of his body.

watch birds at a beach. There are only so many poles or places to sit.
The weak must either go somewhere else or sit in a dangerous place. A
good analogy concerns satelites used for communication. You would
think that there would be infinite places to set a satelite in orbit,
but actually there are only a very limited number spots where satelites
will work. We should all be more attuned to the dynamics of
competition. It is very subtle but very powerful.

More garbage, this is a running forum, off-topic stuff shold not be
dismissed if there is some kind of tenuous link or parallel or analogy
to be drawn or sometimes just for entertainment but the above misses
all of those.

Satellites in competition with each other - do tell, do those with the
best feet get the required geosynchronous or geostationary orbit ? Out
of curiosity, how many satellites are allowed to be in geostationary
orbit? And how can you tell a pretty satellite from an ugly one ?

Starvation in a population sets up new dynamics. Shy and low dominance
individuals actually hide and starve in shame. Only the most dominant
show up to eat. Low dominance is determined by intelligence, looks,
coordination, etc.. After the war, the Japanese were starving. A GI
could get the prettiest girl in town because the girl needed food for
her family. When you are being bombed, there are only so many safe
places so the dominant get the safe places. The most dominant are able
to arrange to live outside the major cities that were being bombed.

This seems like a bizarre amalgam of misunderstandings about
Evolution, Eugenics and genetics, didn't the Nazis set up an "Aryan"
community somewhere in South America that dismally failed to produce
their "Master Race" ?
People who are killed in wartime are largely killed totally at random
irrespective of perceived quality of teeth or eyesight.
I think you cannot define "defective feet" as you have done, feet are
by and large fit for purpose - moving around. Putting unusual stress
on them may injure them or may not, I don't think you can really draw
any conclusions here.

I haven't seen much of the user "Stryped" in the last few days.

Nope, probalby 30+% of the runners have high arche. You are boringily
common and have thousands of runners witht he same feet.

In case the indirection wasn't obvious, we were hoping that you don't
or can't reproduce and nothing to do with your feet.

I was just trying to figure out if high arches are a birth defect or
maybe they have advantages in certain conditions. It is pretty obvious
that more and more people are born with bad teeth, eyes, etc as the
weak are no longer die to being outcompeted.
It is important to remember that evolution created the complex
creatures that we are from molecules. Evolution only works if the weak
do not reproduce so we are living in an era of de-evolution.

Well you are indirectly providing very persuasive support for this hypothesis.
