Subject: Re: What makes a stability shoe a stability shoe?

First, I notice thay have wider soles, especially at the heels. Second, they dont have as much cushioning. Third they have some midsole reinforcement that promotes stability. There may be other factors. I notice my stability have even sole wear after several months. My non-stability shoes would wear out on the outer edge. Best thing is less knee pain.
