Subject: What headphones can I use (ipod nano) whilst jogging with a baseball cap?

Suppose I wanted to go jogging in Regents Park , but I wore a baseball
cap, what headphones could I use?
The ipod earphone falls out
any ideas anyone ?

I don't wear a baseball cap, but have a Nano and use some cheap $19
Philips "streetstyle" behind the head earphones when I run. Sound
decent and at $19, who cares if they get all gunked up....

I have Sony headphones; they go in the ear like the soft iPod
headphones, but they also have an over-the-ear hook to hold them in
place.
The cord for the right ear is longer than the one for the left, so it
can loop over the shoulder, behind the neck.
They are similar to these, but fit inside the ear:

Koss makes earphones that have a cushion that goes in the ear like an
earplug. Unless you have the music REALLY loud, you can still hear.
