I had to debate a little whether or not to respond to this; the bob seger stuff almost scared me away. goals: recovery, then revenge. upcoming races: (maybe) 5K 21; 5K 28; 10K Nov 23; half-marathon Dec 10; marathon Jan 7. Back to M-Su weeks. M: no running; walked 47min T: no running; biked 45min W: 3mi (9:00), both calves sore, maybe from bikeride Tuesday R: 3mi (9:30), slower but both calves less sore F: nothing Sa: 4mi (8:05), calves a bit sore Su: 6mi (8:10), rt calf pretty sore total: 16 great big miles The marathon-induced quad soreness didn't last more than a couple of days, but my calves are another thing entirely. Even a week after the race, both soleuses (solea?) are still tight and prone to soreness if I push a bit too hard. And the light mileage and lower temps *do* have me going a bit harder than usual. My mind says go go go, but I know I shouldn't, yet. anyway, good week all Karen live! vicariously!

A mainstay of american classic rawk, which I don't care for (either the mainstay or the rawk itself). I suspect that Tom mentioned Bob Seger because they are both from Michigan. live! vicariously!

You're not white trash. White trash folks KNOW how to spell Bob Seger.
