I wear a cap whilst jogging sometimes cos my hair is all over the place
but er.. baseball caps fall off. what else can I use?

Get the kind of cap with a strap in the back, and run your hair through
the space between the strap and rest of the cap, so it looks like a pony
tail.

Tighten the fit.
Get the kind that's easy to adjust with one hand while you're running.
Works for me, & I have little hair to give any kind of friction hold.

Duct tape? if it's good to hold @ 200 MPH, should be fine at 0-10MPH :)
