x-no-archive:yes I ran that 5k Saturday. I ran faster than I ever have before. (Even if it was probably a slow time for most of you). It looks like my time is around 21:39. (The cards will be mailed to me with the official time but I have not received it yet.). I was 4th in my age group. I appreciate those of you that provided me with constructive advice on getting ready for the race. Thanks to you I am in the best shape of my life. I went to a health fair the night before the race. My bloodpressure was 120/66. My bodyfat is 13.2%. I feel better than I ever have. I ran this 5k 5 years ago for the first time. My time was 27:45. I ran it for two more years after that then stopped for 3 years until this weekend. I cant believe I improved my time that much. So again, thanks to all you who helped me.

Congratulations on the 6:46 pace roughly. Now stick with it at a level you can maintain consistently.
