Interesting however clearly a mixture of myth, fable, & folklore all
designed to glorify and weave a tall tall tale.

"An attendant will carry a folding chair for Kakudo to sit on at
traffic lights and other obstructions. He will have learned to catch a
few seconds of sleep at these stops".

It ruins the myth/fable to place speech like this under scrutinty.
Suffice it to say though the author is taking license to craft myth &
fable.

" He will consume only 1450 calories a day. Physiologists says he
should lose 15 to 20 pounds each month -- but Kakudo will maintain his
weight and stamina. How can he do this? Nobody knows for sure".

Hahahahaha,,,,,,this above is a whopper and right up there with Paul
Bunyan and Babe his Blue Ox or Jack & The Bean Stalk. Rule #1 in the
narrative of a fairy tale....describe the incredible and leave it
unexplainable to man....a total mystery....like Crop
Circles.....oooh...no one knows for sure (except the 2 guys who got
liquored up and took a 2' x 4' and stomped in the field that
night...hahahaha).

The author compromises integrity to what is clearly a very interesting
piece, too bad.
