Subject: Sorry, but mountain climbing is 10 times harder than running

I have been running alot lately and decided to go mountain climbing. The running did not help at all. The experience was brutal. 8 hrs of hell. Running causes lots of injuries but is pretty easy cardiovascularly. When i started jogging after doing alot of mountain climbing it was effortless to run except for stupid injuries.
