Hi All

Some of you must have experinced this darwinian change, from Jogging to
Runing

This seems to happen after months of trying to go bit a faster and we
all do it,,

The other day out of the blue after jogging for 10 miles i happend to
notice my speed increase with no extra effort, i then realised the both
feet were in the air at the same time, and stride patern was getting
larger.

Bloody hell i thought, and here it went down hill, thinking and running
do not go together and guess what i slowed down.

This became uncomfortable so i had to speed up, and get the knees up
higher just to keep going.

The moral of this short note is

Try not to think to much and believe in Darwin ;-)

ahoy science
as I wash my back pack stuff at the laundry mat last winter it reminds
me of the time the kid from that kids t.v. science show smiles at me
sitting and waiting out side.
I says to self this is a first he use to blow his top off at me on
my internet run science notes.
His mother climbs into the s.u.v. and says to the back seat how she is
so happy he kept his cool and the door closed.
s.u.v. starts up, s,u,v, stops. mother gets out of front seat yelling
and open back seat and buckles seat belt and . inverse.
and leaves.........

"my point is."
why evan say anything.

Biking is still pumping actions:
A good clean way to get around.
No uni action:
Biking is still re action to:
Same as before, more then you to.

If you haven't had both feet in the air at the same time before then what
you've been doing up till now is called "walking".

The Darwin Awards salute the improvement of the human genome by
honoring those who, uh, remove themselves from it...;-)

Even that won't help him. He is so slow he needs the web page
http://www.darwinawards.com/ I think he is looking to earn a slot.
