A few times a week I go to a gym. I lift weights for 45 minutes and get back home. I want to run on the trade mill for 40 minutes. should I run after or before the weight lifting? Thanks, 26.2

I agree, especially if you are working out legs during your weight lifting workout session. Running with weaken legs will probably lead to bad running posture and chances are you will end up hurting yourself. If you want to do any sort of speed work, do it on days you're not lifting. Cheers, -- Elflord
