x-no-archive:yes If I were not to run for 3 or 4 days to allow my knee to heal, what would be a good activity to keep my conditioning up? I have a heavy bag at home and can hit it and get a pretty good workout. There is a possibility of swimming too.

If you have public pool around, sometimes they have those float belts you can rent for a dollar or two. You can actually simulate running in the pool with one of those around your waist, and get a pretty good workout.
