if you ran in your neighborhood go to www.mapmyrun.com and figure out
how many miles you ran.

You could use a mapping site like MapMyRun.com, gmap-pedometer.com, or
the usatf one (don't know the URL offhand) to measure the distance.

0.4 to 4 mi

Depends on your pace which depends on hills, surface, snow depth, wind
velocity (head, tail, cross), number of downed trees from the windstorm
you have to walk over or around, etc.

At a ten minute mile, you've gone two miles. At a 15 minute mile,
you've gone 1.3 miles. You're probably somewhere in between those two.

Well average walking pace is 4 miles per hour so assuming you are not
walking, you could be 1.3 miles walking or on 10 minute miles 6 miles
per hour 2 miles

Idealy jump in your car and check the route
